The Courtship of Television
I WON THE NEXT AMERICAN STAR….Ok, so i wasn’t really in the competition as a band…
Back in about April of this year I heard about this new competition called The Next American Star. Now the only reason i heard of it was that my brothers’ band Asteria were entered into the contest and were asking their fans to vote every day for them.
Myself, Josh Knight, Jennifer (my wife) & Asteria decided to make a video to enter into the Fan Viral Video Competition. We won. A few weeks later a 47″ HDTV was delivered to my door.
Prior to delivery, I received a call from Stacy from The Next American Star asking me to take a picture with the TV or to make a short video to show that I liked it. So I finally got around to making it this past weekend. My wife shot it and I edited it down. The final version is entitled “The Courtship of Joel’s TV” and I hope you all like it.
