Original video shoot

This is the original version of the Asteria “Hoods & Capers” parody video.  Jimbo and I filmed this in about 25 minutes and I used my editing genius to make this video in about 2 hrs total.  I exported it and took it over to the band and they LOVED it.  That is when we decided to film the one that you all have seen already.  Personally I think this one may be better, for the actual imitation of the band, as the band wasn’t sitting right next to jimbo the whole time, thereby making him a nervous bag of shit.  My favorite parts are the Seth blank stare (slightly crosseyed), i think he really captured Brandon’s shimmy/singing along parts, the Ryan dance is MUCH more exaggerated, the Sam drum face is genius & Terrence’s moves are more flamboyant than ever.

A bigger Asteria fan does not exist…besides me.  Joshua Knight is a musically inclined young man that is hoping to get noticed by doing his best impression of Asteria.  He has studied countless hours of Asteria live performances to perfect their individual styles.  His effort was not in vain…
